Greetings!
Vermont Law School has the largest and deepest environmental program of any law school in the United States. Its environmental law program is ranked #1 in the country by U.S. News & World Report. The U.S.-China Partnership for Environmental Law (China Partnership) at Vermont Law School is a unique and knowledgeable resource for students wishing to learn more about environmental governance in the U.S. and China and the ecological challenges facing by both countries. The Partnership has trained thousands of Chinese in environmental law and policy. It cooperates with numerous organizations, academic institutions, and government agencies in both the U.S. and China, and offers students opportunities to engage with these institutions on work that addresses the most challenging environmental issues facing China and the world. Check out our new video and information about the China Partnership at www.vermontlaw.edu/china and read our Fall 2012 newsletter here.
The China Partnership is currently inviting applications for a two-year graduate fellowship starting in August 2013. The fellowship, which includes a full tuition waiver, combines the opportunity to obtain an LLM in Environmental Law or an LLM in American Legal Studies from one of the leading environmental law programs in the world with the opportunity to gain practical international environmental law experience on a variety of policy coordination, research, and educational outreach projects.
If you are interested in joining the China Partnership community, applying to Vermont Law School or just learning more about us, please contact us for more information at china@vermontlaw.edu.
